Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from SLAPS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy explains the circumstances under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are possible.
Custom-made and personalized products
The majority of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order — including stickers printed to your specifications or from artwork you upload. Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
This means custom or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind. Please review your design, size, quantity, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is defective, damaged, or not as described (see below).
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether it is custom-made. This is your non-waivable right under EU consumer law.
To be eligible, you must contact us first at info@slaps.cc within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Do not send any item back before receiving return authorization from us.
Once your claim is approved, you may receive a replacement (exchange) or a full refund, at your discretion where the law provides. Where a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products (including stickers printed to your specifications or from your uploaded artwork).
Discounted or sale items are eligible for return only where they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Return process
- Request authorization — email info@slaps.cc within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Await confirmation — we will review and respond with return instructions.
- Return the item — send the authorized item, including proof of purchase, postmarked within 14 days of authorization, to the address below.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or of agreeing the refund, whichever is applicable). Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. No restocking fees are charged.
