What file formats can I upload?

PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, AI and WEBP. For the crispest print, send vector art (AI, SVG or PDF) or a high-resolution file at 300 DPI. For die-cut shapes, use a transparent background.

What resolution should my file be?

300 DPI at the final print size. Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF) are resolution-independent and always print sharp, so they are the safest choice.

Do I get to see a proof before it prints?

Yes — every order includes a free online proof, usually within one business day. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

How should I set up bleed and safe margins?

Extend your background past the cut line so there is no white edge after trimming, and keep important text and logos a little inside the cut, in the safe zone.

What color mode should I use?

Design in CMYK for the most accurate print result. RGB files are converted automatically, which can shift very bright colors slightly.

My logo is a small or low-res file — will it still print well?

We review every file and flag anything that looks too low-resolution on your proof before printing, so you can approve it or send a better version.
